Part I: Less tired, more productive
Today, I will show you five options for your morning routine. This way, you will go through the day more energetically and positively.
Hi everyone!
Nice that you're here.
Today, I want to show you why a healthy morning routine is essential.
How do you spend your time before going to work?
Do you get up 5 minutes before leaving?
Do you hit snooze five times?
Does nothing work before the first coffee?
One of these probably applies to you. I feel you. I've always wondered, "Why should I get up early? I want to sleep until I can't anymore?!"
You might have thought about your advantage if you got up earlier. It's completely pointless, isn't it?
Today, I want to show you some ideas on how you can make your morning more efficient and what that brings you.
Choose a few that suit you, and try them out.
Let's get started.
Breakfast
Do you have breakfast in the morning?
Many say, "No, I can't eat anything in the morning," or "I don't have time."
Let's say you've been trying to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, and you can't do it because you're not hungry, that is okay.
But if you still need time for it and grab a pretzel from the bakery, take the ten minutes. You'll get more energy and a good mood for the day.
In the morning, you're full of energy and awake. Your body is programmed to be active and efficient at this time of day. Don't let bad moods or less energy take that away from you.
Workout
Do you feel unfocused throughout the day?
Many suggest doing a workout in the morning (about 10-15 minutes), so you're fit.
A morning workout can be a great way to start the day positively and stimulate the body and mind.
Regular physical activity in the morning boosts metabolism, improves circulation, and increases energy levels, which can help you feel more alert and energized throughout the day.
In addition, exercising in the morning can improve mood and help relieve the stress of everyday life. An improved mood can also boost self-confidence and help develop a positive mindset.
Another benefit of a morning workout is an increase in cognitive performance. Studies have shown that regular exercise can stimulate the brain and improve mental performance.
A morning workout can help increase concentration and cognitive abilities, especially if you have a demanding day ahead.
Put together a few exercises for this.
Dopamine
What do you do when you wake up?
I used to always look at my phone and read the latest news. Why don't I do that anymore?
You're just making a habit of releasing dopamine when you open a social media platform. Please don't do it. Don't touch it for the first 30 minutes after waking up.
Your subconscious mind is still very open after waking up, so you don't want to let something like social media in immediately (I'll address this point more in the future).
Meditate
Do you approach everyone with positivity?
This point is incredible.
Choose a short meditation (10-15 minutes) and sit down, ideally right after waking up.
You can just collect your thoughts and focus on the crucial things and the here and now.
Benefits of meditating in the morning:
Reduce stress
Calm the mind
Improve concentration
Develop a positive mindset
Increase emotional stability
That can lead to a more positive and productive approach to the day.
If you need ideas on how to start, here are some:

Go for a run
Is your head often full of thoughts from the day before?
I've heard from many people that going out for a run in the morning is hugely relaxing.
Go out for 10-20 minutes, and leave your phone in the bag. If you want to listen to music, go ahead, but for many, it's more relaxing without it.
Just think, clear your head, and listen to nature.
You can have your notes open on your phone. If you have a good idea, quickly write down all your thoughts.
You have fresh air, some exercise, and start the day in a completely different way.
"By engaging in an effective morning routine, we not only give ourselves the gift of a perfect start to the day but also the opportunity to move our lives in the direction we want to go in the long run - every day anew."
Those were five ideas. Next week we'll have another five.
Don't worry, you don't have to do all of them. Otherwise, you would have to get up 3 hours earlier.
It's essential to choose the ones that suit you and your needs. Think about what you're missing during the day.
Are you tired?
Are you easily irritable?
Are you stressed?
How do you deal with your fellow human beings?
Of course, many of the points listed above also have other triggers. But a good morning routine can help you tackle the problem at its root and significantly reduce the effects.
You'll get more energy for the day and be much more productive.
Now it's up to you. The most important things if you haven't started a morning routine yet but want to:
Choose one or two and stick with it for at least 14 days. You can start small and then add more. This will help you stay on the ball.
Don't find an excuse for it. Plan time for yourself in the morning. This time is just for you, away from stress or worries about other people.
Here are some tips on how to start a new habit:
Good luck trying it out!
I hope you have a great time and enjoy your life.
And please remember to have fun.
See you again next Monday.
