I used to get 200 messages daily, and I want to show you how I got out of this disgusting circle. I also have a gift for you to have a place to store your collected information.
I'm in a situation at work now (forced upon me) where I need to check my phone to be in contact with the manager of the business. Sucks balls.
My next goal is to organize my files and digital information. Biggest goal is to unsubscribe from nonsense mailing lists and other things that I did when I was less concious of my digital lifestyle.
I realized a few months ago how essential organizing digital media and notes is.
You spend more energy sorting and searching when you're disorganized and sometimes never find things again.
With a system, you only ever have current stuff that you REALLY need. So, every little note gets its place.
It's not a simple folder structure but a system where everything is sorted by how you can use it and what you can create out of it, not by a theme as usual.
Feel free to try my notion structure above, and if you want to go deeper, the book "Building a Second Brain" I'm currently reading helps a lot.
Let me know how you get on clearing out your old stuff and sorting your digital stuff :)

That sounds like a perfect plan.
